    short, but steep, 2 mile hike that took us a little ways down into the canyon

    Up at 4am. Picked up labor, Wayne and Arthur at 5am. We learned later that Wayne and airy her we not the guys that labor ready sent...they were just guys that happened to be in front of labor ready at 5am hoping for work. Drove 3 hours to Edwards.     Back to do it all again! Men's Super G on the difficult Birds of Prey Course at Beaver Creek.

    Super G is like downhill but with a few more gates that the skier has to pass through. Unlike downhill though they do not get any training runs on the actual course only a course inspection an hour or so before the start time.
