    ... a wedding shortly after our visit. We were taken to the cellars to sample 4 different wines. I would say the most delicious part of the tasting was the cheese and bread. The samples were not good, although we drank them all as there was no place to dump the excess. Most Czech's drink new wine, meaning they drink it as soon as it is ready—mostly within a year of bottling.
