      ... allowed for photography of any kind, so I don't have pictures from this part of the trip to post. We finished our short tour of Assisi up the main road lined with beautiful shops and views before heading to a delicious pizza lunch. It took me 20 years to try mozzarella, and it was a beautiful.       ... he made us chai tea which was phenomenal! After yoga, we walked back up the hill for our cooking class where we made a three-course lunch: bruschetta, pasta, and a delectable chocolate and pear dessert. You can already tell what my favorite part was, but it was awesome to see everything get made from scratch! I had no idea how to make pasta before, but now I do and it wasn't that hard!
