    Playing futbol with the villagers in Nicaragua was a lovely warming departure moment in time. The kids loved Tony ,as usual. One of the women in the village had a nasty infection from her sewing needle (she and her friends did all clothes repairs for a living) so we hunted the local tiendas in the dark with kids piled up on Tony's shoulders and grabbing my hands , for antibiotics. The guy in the shop tried to sell me a small packet of 8 , but I insisted he sell us a weeks worth. ...
