Thought we had outrun the rain…but it has caught up to us. We caught up to the girls from Victoria, BC that we had hung out with in Surfer's Paradise. It was nice to see familiar faces. We put on our raincoats ("spray jackets") and went for a tour of the town. Beach walk, shopping, and a night at the movies.

... heb ik samen met Krein, een Nederlandse jongen, de Coastal walk gelopen. Een 6 km lange wandeling door het Nationaal park van Noosa. De wandeling gaat helemaal langs de kust, berg op en af. Het uitzicht was echt adembenemend. Op de helft van de tocht heb je het punt Dolphin Point. De naam verraad het al vanaf hier zou je dolfijnen, schildpadden en soms zelfs walvissen moeten kunnen spotten. ... in oz. I got to go surfing for the first time and it was totally radical, cowabunga dude!! Lol. No, it was just amazing. Can't explain the rush I felt, but it was out of this world.
