... fussed about going into Brisbane - too many other amazing places to see). Got to our tiny little campsite, very basic but ran but a pretty decent bloke. There was some weird lad from Brisbane who was sitting in the middle of the campsite, allegedly camping....... with no vehicle or tent, just a sleeping bag. He seemed a little strange, but did feel sorry for him when all of a sudden in the night there was a huge downpour.

... visited Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. It was amazeballs! I finally got to hold a MACAW!!! Her name was Chrissy and she is a Blue and Gold Macaw and she gave me a kiss and waved to me. Her handler was very helpful and taught me lots of things to do when I get a bird. I can't wait to try all her suggestions.

... Both of us had a great time together, got along great and want to see each other again! Not easy being other sides of the world but after I have travelled we will meet up and see where it takes us.
