Multi media op reis
Oké, niet echt basic spullen om mee te nemen maar je kan toch niet alle elektronica weglaten. Dus ook mee in de rugzak: een extra fototoestelletje (je weet nooit als de spiegelreflex het begeeft) en de ipod (dan toch maar de ipad nie mee zeker?). Maar dat alles moet wel in een handig hoesje, kleuren kiezen dus .... O ja, het is een paars kleurtje geworden ...
Nog 2 weken
... Ook de hotels hebben we behouden, behalve in Bangkok hebben we voor een nieuw Novotel hotel geboekt. Omdat het nog maar net open is (eind december 2010) waren er hier nog promotieprijzen van toepassing, dus hebben we ons ook maar even laten gaan en hebben we maar een upgrade gedaan naar een hoger kamertype met tal van voordelen, maar daar zonder twijfel later meer over.

I had been there many times before in the past, but I had never experienced the area in this manner and for the first time I was stunned by the scenery we encountered. We ended the tour, which had pushed our body temperatures dangerously ...
On the road again
... dinner Captain John took those that wanted to (us) included to the RED LIGHT district for a stroll....about 1 1/2 hours we were gone......well it was so funny....the girls, drugs, gay couples everywhere... it is all legal here, the girls pay taxes, have a pension fund.....really looked after....the area was sleezy but worth a look, I don't think John & I would have gone on our own, lots of strange people about...... One ...
