... only to get smashed in the face yet again by the following wave. They are relentless and I truly discovered how tough you have to be out there. Surfing is not an easy sport by any means. By the end of my venture I was completely exhausted, dehydrated, and sore, but incredibly satisfied and happy. I surfed!! I was pretty proud of myself.

... There were bottles with various items in them such as tennis balls and you were left to find out how the items got in the bottles. Yep, there were a bunch of other mind boggling things. Much fun.

In another section there was a huge chair that my dad climbed up and sat in that made him look like a little kid - funny stuff.

... for an urban setting. After being rescued by Doris I continued to ride to Alpine on Alpine Road. The climb to Alpine lasts for many miles! I rode 12 - 13 miles after being rescued! Total riding the bike miles was about 30.
