I spent my last night at the Black Sea.
Not a great beach and it was cold so I did not swim.
Today I was exploring the city of Constanta while it was pouring rain.
Some museums and churches definitely helped. But it was sooo wet (and still is) that just running 1 block would make you totally wet!!!
