    ... even though it was too early for the roses and many other summer flowers to be in bloom. It's an extensive property, with several small gardens representing different countries or regions. We especially enjoyed the Chinese garden and the Japanese garden, as well as the many ponds that have been beautifully landscaped. If you find yourself in Montreal one day, we recommend a visit.

    My favorite part of Montreal was finding an amazing jeweler who could repair my engagement ring while we were in town. Having pried open a prong while working and almost losing my precious stone, it had been over a month since I had been able to wear it.
