Nice and clean apartment with kitchen and balcony overlooking the beautiful Cancun beach. Lovely, friendly, helpful staffthat couldn't do enough for you. Met the owner and he fixed the couple of things straight away and even replaced the outdoor setting.

On Saturday the brother who gave the public talk was from Massachusetts and there were two families from New Hampshire plus other visitors. There was also a couple visiting from Australia. The husband was originally from Lancashire and his wife from Australia. They moved to Australia four years ago and have five children. We had planned to go out after the meeting for dinner as we sometimes do and ...

... off my hands! I fry the fish and cook some rice and peas. When the fish is cooked I put it in the toaster oven to keep warm while I fry the onions, garlic, chilli and peppers. The fish is quite meaty like mackerel and it tastes really good. The portion is quite big and I can't finish it but Mike eats all of his. It's a definite thumbs up but next time I think I will ask it to be filleted, note to self - learn how to ask for the fish to be filleted in ...
