      Nice and clean apartment with kitchen and balcony overlooking the beautiful Cancun beach. Lovely, friendly, helpful staffthat couldn't do enough for you. Met the owner and he fixed the couple of things straight away and even replaced the outdoor setting.

      ... surface. On the way back they got this paraglider sail thing which was attached to the back of the boat and we stopped in the middle of the sea. Anybody could have a go, so we both did, of course. I went first and you had to jump off the boat and swim to this big rope in the water and then get it underneath you so you could sit on it, like a swing. Then it pulls you out of the water quite forcefully, so as it pulls me out my top comes straight down and in a panic I just let ...

      ... second one to start engines..
      She is starting to leak... Soaks a packet of tissues in an attempt to stop the stinging in her eyes..

      Power cart arrives... Engines start... Aircon not effective..
      Announcement from Pilot... bit of a wait as he has to reset the navigation system as it got scrambled when the power went out...
      Tom is in the backpack.. he could use that.... Always wanted to see the Bahamas...

      We stayed at the Riu Palace which is located right in the heart of the hotel/party zone and backs on to a beautiful private beach. The hotel was excellent and had lots of activities to keep you occupied including pool volley ball, dance lessons, bracelet making, aqua aerobics, pool parties and wake boarding competitions (one of which I was forced into by one of the staff, much to my dismay!)
