... don't really know what authentic Mexican food is, but this was really good. I got a giant margarita and chicken tacos. Vince got chicken mole. Everything is so fresh and good! Pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese, etc. It was so good. I got to share my meal with el gato that I lured over to the table with chicken. Again, we were not night owls and went to bed fairly early. I know there was more but I really can't remember now!

Today, I was able to update the blog, as the Internet has been up and down. I normally update it either during the night, or if i am to tired, the next morning. The only problem with that, is that the wireless lately has been off, and not giving out an IP address, until 9 or 9:30am, and by then, i am usually out for the day.

Today i stayed back a bit, and was able to update the blog, so that was good. Today, Stacie slept in, as our busy couple of days ...

... was Spanish food. The restaurant is located above the buffet, with a beautiful view of the ocean. I took a bunch of pictures, and we watched a couple of cruise ships go by. It was good, but small portions. we got to order one set of a bunch of things as our first one. Stacie and I ordered the Italian one, had lasagna, a ravioli, and a rice with fish. ... and Stacie asks what time it was. I said, "I dunno, it Mexico time, no one really knows." Well that was my que to go check, so i went up to the bar, and asked if anyone had the time. The waitress did, and it was 10:40. Stacie had an appointment at the SPA for 11:30 to get hi-lites in her hair. When I was up at the bar, I told the bartender it was a good drink. ... get up, and out we go for breakfast.

Breakfast was in the buffet, second time eating there, and it was very good again. nice large mix of food, along with a cook to cook eggs, or omlettes to order. Saw that there was mexican coffee, was very good. little sweet, and looked like there was some pears in it or something.
