Had a late night snack of salmon and white fish sashimi in the lobby restauarant when I got back and watch the Argentinian Marcos Maidana punch Floyd Mayweather around the ring in Las Vegas for a little while before calling it a night. PS checked next day and Mayweather must have come good as he won the bout on points.

Today we left New Orleans... Had a 10 o'clock flight to Houston then to Cancun - not very enjoyable hangover but was only 3 hours in the air! I've already decided this place is amazing. ... We had an awesome apartment with all the trimmings including access to the hotel pool. We arrived late afternoon, picked up a rental car, put some shorts on and headed into downtown Cancun. Cancun is very built up. The beach is lined with high rise hotels, bars and restaurants. The one road in and out is lined with palm trees and well kept green grass. Our memorial was held at a hired hall at 8.15pm. There are too many congregations sharing our hall for us all to use it so we had to go elsewhere, along with the deaf congregation who had their memorial before us. So I woke up feeling a little withdrawn. Lonely. I have nothing planned for the day and I believe that is what is effecting me the most.
