... zone. The hotel zone is about 26 km's long. The condo is at km 6. We stopped to look at Playa Delfines or Dolphin Beach (named for the dolphins that frolic in the water in the early morning). This beach is one where the locals go. The colour of the water is just amazing. This beach is not in the bay but at the point which is open to the ocean and, therefore, has huge waves. We got back to the condo and went right to the pool with a cool one. The sun here ...

As the sun began to set, we took a bus to purportedly one of the world's best shopping centres, La Isla Mall, which even has an interactive aquarium with dolphin shows and a canal running through it (bet you haven't thought of that Macquarie Centre!). We then headed back to downtown for some cheap mexican for dinner before heading for bed, as we have a 7am flight to Houston in the morning, and then on to the Big Apple!!

The private room was a pool house which had twin beds and a bathroom that had no door… Saving grace was the air-conditioning and we had access to the main house (which was also rented out as private rooms) which had wifi and cable tv.
