... I was amazed. It is an actual street, the narrowest in Europe, measuring 1.32 meters wide and 83 meters long. It exemplifies the medieval planning of Brasov. I walked down the street and pictured a time when people would have been emptying their chamber pots out the window into the street. I could see how one spark would have destroyed hundreds of homes because they were so close together.
