... 52.70 on visa. It was wonderful to get back "home". Because it felt so good to back"home" we decided we did not want to go anyplace for supper. We did not have anything to cook for supper so we ordered a pizza........33.62. It was delicious and we ate half of it and put the other half in our fridge so we could have it tomorrow again. Dog culture

A travel blog entry by jchende on Jan 07, 2015

Just a side note about "dog people" and "dog culture"... We have owned 3 dogs over the past 30 years. ... I resign to sit on the beach and eat two dry bagels which are a lot nicer than they sound and watch the pelicans for a while. They are absolutely huge man, like dinosaurs: amazingly strong, at the height of the storm when I was struggling to walk those buggers were gliding through with ease. Anyway the storm was ridiculous, like the wizard of oz. Quite exciting though. So after that I went back to ...

      First Day in Florida

A travel blog entry by sknodle on Apr 14, 2014

This morning Sue M arrived from South Africa to visit Sue K. The flight from Atlanta to Tampa was right on time and I was there to meet her as she exited the tram. She was well rested and was able to sleep quite a bit on the flight. We made our way to Clearwater and had a light lunch after she settled in. After lunch I gave Sue a little tour showing her some of my ...
