We were awake early even though the alarm was switched off. The sun was streaming in the skylight and it looked to be another lovely day even though the forecast was for rain. ... and amazing taste. When I was in North India especially Rajasthan I hardly ate any meat, mainly because the culture there is very vegetarian. So I developed quite a taste of this curry, basically its potatoes stuffed with cheese and nuts and served in a tasty thick gravy, I learnt how to make it with the "singing chef" in Udaipur so can’t wait to give it a try.
