    Today was a travel day but featured some adventure as well. Atlanta to Charlotte Supercharger is a bit too far for me to feel comfortable (250 miles).     Time share 3 nights at Oceanaire in Northern VA Beach. 17th floor, nice amenities, enjoyed the beach and pools. Relaxing.     ... cooler there than our campsite as it is windy!
    This is a very nice campground and we wish we could stay but they are kicking us out as it is full Friday for teh weekend.. so we will head to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.. Sure hope they dont get any storms as we will be exposed for 5 days!

    Friday, January 21st
    We took our times getting out of Staunton and driving to Virginia Beach. On the way we stopped to have some leftovers for lunch at a rest stop. We continued on and got to the KOA by 4:30, just in time to check in before they closed. Our spot is nice and close to the bathrooms, which is nice since we are still winterized and not using the facilities on board. We didn't do to much besides get settled in.
