    ... Expedition Everest (without Mom), had lunch somewhere and supper at the Rainforest Cafe, did Kali River rapids of course. We saw Flights of Wonder, Finding Nemo and the Lion King. It's Tough to be a Bug. And we did end up at Epcot for Illuminations. Pardon the photos, my convoluted iPod seems to be taking everything sideways now. One more reason to never buy **** Apple products ...

    ... loved it. We also managed to get extra fastpasses to Space Mountain for Nathan and Jordan and Amy and Rachel rode Buzz Lightyear. We were also able to ride the cars which for some unexplained reason was a big draw for the kids although they have ridden them at other theme parks. Rachel was a bit slammy with the wheel and was killing Amy so there was some distress there. It did rain today and was very overcast but we got to wear the rain gear. There ...

    ... out of the park the fat rain came down, by the time we were at the car park it was sideways torrential - lucky we didn't waste more time getting out of our bathers! By the time we got it the car we were wetter than when we were on the water slides - pretty funny although the bolts of lightning close by was a bit freaky.     ... Spaceship Earth which in many ways was similar to what it was like when I first visited 20 years ago. The ride is a tram takes you past scenes from history, but toward the end there more up-to-date segments that involve new technology ... including your own face in a virtual reality video.

    Then we did the Living with the Land attraction. Again, not only similar but identical to 20 years ago. Boring.

    Had an awesome day today. Went to Disney Hollywood studios. This was a great place, with lots of atmosphere, decorations. Not many characters (didn't see Mickey - sorry MFV), they must all be at the Magic Kingdom.
