We had been told about this bay by several cruisers and we weren't disappointed. Sheltered and reasonably good anchoring, when you found a sandy patch, we decided to stay for a few days.

Plenty of entertainment as there was a large sailing school based at the head of the bay and it was fun watching people of all ages being taught the art ...

... or tie to floating pontoons which at 100 euros a night is a bit on the high side. So we are anchored in behind an island near the entrance in a fantastically sheltered natural harbour. Being the only anchorage means it gets a little cozy at times and tolerance to one's fellow boaties is called upon! It is then just a mere 2nm dinghy ride into the town itself.

Since we arrived the weather has become really hot and we are now swimming in water temperatures ...

... 4 coves and had the chance to swim in the crystal blue water. It rained a little, but for no more than 20 minutes. It was a good opportunity to practice Spanish as that's pretty much all I heard, but Marta, Jorge and a few others were helpful in including me in the conversations.
