... we left we all had to high five them one after the other, it was pretty cute lol. Our shuttle bus home was waiting for us and we were the first drop off so we went straight in and made pasta for tea then went to the shop across the road for some supplies. We've hired a car for the day tomorrow so that we can go north to Cape Tribulation, Port Douglas and Daintree Rainforest so tonight we've just been researching how to get there and what we want to do when we get ...

... Definitely beats some of our shoddy hostels we've stayed in in Australia. That's something that is quite ironic. In Asia, where the quality of living isn't too good, we could get a massive double room with a TV, en-suite, wifi, air-con for half the price as a 18 bed dorm room here in Australia. Crazy. Money goes a lot, lot further in Asia than it does here. Anyway we checked into our room and met the six others in our eight bed dorm. English, Scottish, Dutch, German, American ...

... for what we were after. There were two weddings today. One was at the fancy restaurant outside where everyone at the wedding was seated at a long table under lines of suspended candle lanterns (a very small wedding). I'm sure they're all in for a big night ...

... up having a interesting convo with some Samoan dude about travelling, which then came to an end by his wife calling him out of the water. Times up! We were planning on going to meet a friend from the Kiwi Experience tonight at Gilligan's bar (and hostel). However since we would be checking out from this hostel tomorrow we thought we would stay and party and Gilligan's tomorrow. So the night consisted of feeling comfortable on the 5 star ...

... the epitome of how a zoo should be. It's owned by Steve Irwin's family, and is unreal. It's stretched over one hundred and some acres of land. Every animal has a huge living quarter, and then a field where no people can go visit, for the animals to play around after a long days work of looking good. You can go into the kangaroo and koala exhibits and hang out with them. You can feed them, pet them, and chill with them, but they are able to scurry away if ...
