    Pretty lazy start to the day, and as the sun was shining decided just to go for a walk around the village. Pretty little place, the old village still has the village green and adjacent village hall. A couple of pubs, and we did a big loop around. Back for lunch and a quiet afternoon.     Usually I write for my job and very little else. Many, many moons ago, I remember being handed back my degree dissertation and finding a scrap of paper tucked in the front cover, accidentally left by one of the lecturers. It read 'turgid reading'.
