... really had one full day, and we pretty much spent it all at the Adelaide Central Market, which we flippin loved! It was primarily a farmers market, but with a quirkier edge and CHEAP! We managed to get a kilo of potatoes and green beans for 90cents! (45p ish) ... seriously! We loved it.. it would be a good enough reason to relocate to Adelaide. Everyone gives Adelaide a lot of stick, but we actually really liked it. ...

Well we were going to get the tram from Glenelg to the city but it was raining and not very pleasant.
Thought we would get it somewhere up the line but I went the wrong way and we ended up driving into the heart of the city for a look around. Once in there we realised that we didn.t want to walk around in the rain anyway and there wasn't anything that we wanted to buy. Kept driving and eventually ended up where we started. It was now lunch time ...

... s and all went out later for a meal at Para Hills Community Club. The food was excellent and members got a discount on some of the wine. It was really busy in there, usual thing, good food at a reasonable price in pleasant surroundings and a good selection of drinks, recipe for a successful club. Walked back to the house at 9.30pm, the end of another lovely day.

... It will no doubt make it into the suitcase between now and Friday morning. This time somewhat buoyed by the fact that they are flying Singapore Airlines and that they have been to Vietnam Beaver and Slug are even more excited about what awaits them. Phô, vietnamese coffee, pork rolls, prawn and pomelo salad, lots of Buddha's, beautiful scenery and happy people. It can't come soon ...
