It seems fitting for my first full day in Belgium to have a glass of Stella; after all, I am living in the city where it comes from. Today we slept in until way too late. Kathy's sister is taking advantage of the Belgian healthcare system (she works as a wedding planner/make up artist). She's a citizen here because her mother is and she gets much more affordable care here than she would in the states, its still not free though.
So while they were out, we took 1.5hour bike ride all along Leuven with Kathy's Uncle ...
