... Perhaps it is because I seem to hang out with a lot of English senior citizens. For break, Paul got something called "dome coffee cake" and it turned out to be like a big Mallomar. Definitely not a salad.

Jill and Gary came over to say their goodbyes before returning to Jersey tomorrow,. We continue to try to convince them to come visit us in Washington, Gary has been sick with some kind of flu/bug for 3 days, ...

... who work there whenever we are in Otley.

This morning we mooched around OtleyTuesday market with Barbara, Jill and Gary.
Of course we stopped for coffee at Hebe's, and went into Weegmanns for pork pies for Paul and Jill. We also hit most of the charity shops in town and I finally found a cup and saucer that kinda matches the tea set I bought here about ten years ago.

Just caught the 10:27 to Kings Cross Station, London. Maybe we'll see Harry Potter?! So we haven't seen Harry, but here's what we did spot today... ... Bury. As with the other towns, these churches date back over 1000 years. You can see some of the add-ons over the years, but the basic old Norman churches are still intact.
