Whilst the family were here we celebrated Diane's 50th and we had a great day and hopefully so did she. Tasha and Claire made her wear a pink cape with a large black 50 on it round the slopes - I think she looked even more like Atom Ant! Our favourite restaurant served up a birthday cocktail which was sipped in glorious sunshine. The birthday cake had to be eaten the next day - not a great affair as it was made ...
A Sleepy Town in the Pyrenees
... br> I did end up bumping into the couple from yesterday at the grotto, so we're meeting up for dinner tonight. It will be an early night though as tomorrow is a travel day bright and early, the longest journey time since my initial flight. Yikes, late arrival into Barcelona, so forgive me if my next blog is late. A good chunk of time has gone by, and it's almost too easy to break down the rest of the trip in the early countdown to home. I'll be there before I know it =)

Train Hopping
... Coincidences! Oddly, there have now been three couples I've crossed paths with several times completely without the intention. One was in Granada at La Alhambra (they helped me take a photo and I saw them again on the palace entry), another on the bus to San Sebastian (saw them wandering the Boulevard), and now in Lourdes. Granted they're all small places, but it's kind of neat in a way. Anyhows, who knows, we may run into each other again tomorrow as we wander about.
