Another island recommendation. We lucked out again and as we drove closer to the island, the sky cleared up and we yet again were lucky enough to have another good weather day for island exploring. As we left Galway, we made our way into some new territory, working our way North through counties Mayo and Sligo. Neither of these counties have received the recognition in our travel research that we feel they both deserve. Maybe its a good thing because they didn't seem as crowded with visitors, leaving us ample space to explore and appreciate them.
