Anyway! How did I come to be sitting on a futon in Sam and Annalissa's living room? I got here via a Nomse taxi to the station, a night time train to Manchester Airport, an early morning flight to Frankfurt, a connecting flight to Chicago O'Hare, an L journey on the brown line to Diversey, a brief wait in a Starbucks on the corner of Sheffield and Diversey and a short ride with Annalissa in a blue jeep.

... the parentals - thank goodness, so Ryan and I jumped into line and boarded. Phew - we had all made it onto the plane - we could only only hope the same could be said for our luggage.
