... it all in. Fourth Presbyterian Church was a highlight for us here, a small church amongst the huge skyscrapers! It had a lot of character and a nice feel to it. Next stop was Oak Street Beach, and as we got closer we saw there was an air-show on. One particular red plane we didn't get close enough to photograph was un-real, falling through the sky rotating and spinning out of control to bring it back right before the water. There's a few photo's I got anyway as we sat ...

After a decent night's rest, Ava and Mason decided a swim was in order. Ava figured the highlight of the entire 4 week experience out of country would be a swim at the Crown Plaza hotel. Following checkout, we made our way to the Mall of America, one of the largest, if not the largest mall in the USA. Between distance, busy schedules and traumatic life events it’s understandable that time can get between family relationships…but it’s comforting when you pick up right where you ...

... had endless movie options, TV shows, music, and video games all for FREE! Our meal was quite fine, and even the wine was a perfectly lovely tempranillo. Amelie was most excited about the offered pillow and blanket. Oliver was excited about the entire experience and that he would be in Spain when we landed. Ian really wanted to stay in Chicago, and Elyse, well the entire trip has been nothing but "wows" from her. Overall, we had an amazing flight. And then, the fun began!

... fingernail marks out of the glass.

How fast can you get up to the departure point to the 3.30 architecture cruise? In a taxi with a driver busy spilling the beans on an illegal Sri Lankan he has working for him and overshooting the correct side of the bridge we still make it in time to catch the 3pm cruise.

Best thing you can do to open your eyes to the 'conversation between the buildings' in this very beautiful city. Also ...
