    It is important to have good neighbours. It doesn't get much better than the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince George. Our hotel is just around the corner from Kensington Palace. We've invited them over for drinks but have yet to receive a reply. It just seemed to be the neighbourly thing to do.

    ... to the Contact Improv jam at Yoga East a third story studio in a church that has cathedral ceilings and big windows that have the trees peaking into and the clouds passing through. A very light and welcoming space. This jam they were using aikido mats on the ground and had an accomplished cellist playing for three full hours. What a treat!
