Off to dinner, I wanted to try something local, so I chose the 1/2 duck which came with red cabbage and dumplings, it was really nice though there was a lot of duck! By the time we got back to the apartment it was about 2230 and I was ready for bed after a big day. Off to Vienna tomorrow on the train for a few days until Sunday ...

We were kept up to date with the ABs game. The river has two huge weirs across it to calm the flow we think. ... and very popular. We also walked a bit further to see more giant baby statues along the river side. We stopped in for lunch at the John Lennon pub and was disappointed by the service (it seems to be in the Czech culture to not be too friendly to tourists) but the food was ok. From there we walked up the hill to see the castle but we seemed to be moving against the flow - while we were walking up absolutely everyone was walking down but it was well worth the hike ...
