      ... Amazing work! Saturday we went to the nearby town of El Campella to see an archeological dig that uncovered a Roman village on top of an Iberian village. It was interesting to see how advanced some of the technology was to make their lives more productive and comfortable. After that we went to the Valor Chocolate Shop to have hot chocolate and churros.       ... Several of the people spoke some English so we communicated effectively with the help of some translation. Marina had planned a sleep-over with her three cousins, so they swam, ate dinner and watched a movie that Maria projected in the courtyard. The adults had dinner under the stars at 10:30 pm.       ... and core certainly felt it the next day! The girls we'd met in Ibiza were originally from the uk, Plymouth in fact! But they now live in Spain, and have done for several years...Zoe lives up near Benidorm but Amy is a air hostess at Alicante Airport. We met up with Amy and had some Paella...the fact she can speak fluent Spanish definitely came in handy! I'm sure we would have worked it out eventually mind!
