Up early, again. although our hotel is fine, its nearer to the road and with the all the trees around we are disturbed early by the squawking of the birds. Not a problem but it takes time to get used to.
In the beach car park at Noosa Heads at 9am, it was already full, but parked up close by. Sitting on the beach and watched what locals get up …

Woke early like a kid at Christmas to find Luke and his friends had made it to Noosa. The leaking radiator held out. Luke was getting some sleep before meeting up. I went back to bed too!

We had a drive round Noosa. Its a beautiful area, Lukes second visit.

Bertha celebrated a very special day while she was in our company. Somewhere between Rockhampton and Townsville, her mileage dial rolled over the 400,000km mark. ... and grandchildren were there too. As we were leaving mum said to us "finally someone normal around here". We headed off to Gympie to look for vests for me and Jackson and look for a laundromat, but failed at the vests. We had forgotten to get something out for dinner earlier so we quickly whizzed over to the Kandanga butchery to get some delicious italian and garlic rosemary lamb sausages. Yum! After dinner we had an early night and got some ...
