... went to the Picasso museum. The exhibit started out great. It was really interesting and informative with a huge collection of pieces from throughout Picasso's life. Unfortunately, part of the exhibit was closed, and it left out a crucial piece of the puzzle. We went straight from normal-ish paintings from his blue period to wacky faces he is known for, but we weren't able to read the explanation of why he made this transition, which is what we were really hoping to learn ...

One of my favorite things in this market was the fruit juices, there were tons of stalls offering plastic glasses of fresh squeezed juice for a euro. Not just the normal orange, there were at least fifteen different kinds ranging from raspberry coconut to strawberry kiwi to mango carrot. Un sueño me envolvió
... first. I hadn't been inside before. Gaudi was a genious! I felt like I was in The Little Mermaid. The infrastructure of the house looked like bones ("la casa de los huesos"). As you go upstairs it really is like going underwater. On the roof there is even a water conservatory which reflects inside the dome:

FCB Wins the Championship Finals
... tonight, all cheering and reacting with every kick. It was magnificent to be immersed in the crowd and to witness the energy first hand. Check out the video for a taste of what I am referring to.
