... both on the outside of the bar as well as the walls around it. The sound was turned down (obviously - there were multiple stations) and a band was playing near the front door. The place was packed, both the bar and the booths on the walls around it. Read some more of my book and enjoyed the music which included reasonable acoustic covers of Yellow and Back in the USSR.

... than anticipated due to our earlier than anticipated departure. But, it was darker than we had planned and as we pulled out, we had to be reminded by one of our friends to turn on our running lights (oops!). In fact, it was sufficiently dark and cloudy that we struggled to see the buoys marking the channel. We had to use a flashlight until we were entered the Hawk Channel and felt great relief when the sun came up. While exiting has never been our strong suit, this one ...
