    We woke around half 9 this morning, it was a mild morning! Nice and cool. After a little breakfast we headed outside into the yard where we would tackle a bit of painting! The sun decided to come out in full force while we worked, it was nice in one way as the paint dried in like 10 minutes so we could do two coats but we were sweating buckets!     ... native only to Fraser Island and was used to construct the Suez Canal and parts of the London Docklands. We continued driving over the bumpy road to lake Mackenzie - the tallest perch lake in the world. The lake was formed as the sand cut a valley and with leaves lining the trench, rainwater had filled it up. After staying here for an hour or so we got ourselves back in the cars to drive back to the resort. Vincent drove us next but we managed to get ourselves stuck so ...

    ... don't always apparently . I fed Mystique who is the male and David fed Ella - one of the females. There were four altogether but the young one couldn't be fed because it wasn't fully weaned.     We took the easier option and crawled up the beach and crossed the last 30m quite easily. We headed into Rainbow Beach where we fuelled up and put air in the tyres before heading around to the under body car and van wash.
