... by Venizelos. It was very interesting. All sorts of Cretan products on display.

We then walked to the Church of the Virgin Mary. This is the main church of Chania. It is quite small in side but very pretty. After our visit to the church, Dennis and I walked back to the ship. We have walked at least 2 miles every day and sometimes as many as four.

... dessert and booze at the end.  The first night was the freshest green grapes with Raki.  The second night was coconut pound cake and Raki.  Raki is part of Cretan culture,  It is 37%25 alcohol and comes from grapes after crushing them.  It is stiff!  Couple that with a sweet dessert!
