Safe to say that I was in a bad way after our night out in New Orleans! Far too much alcohol was consumed and we met two new friends! After New Orleans we drove to Mobile and on the way stopped at Biloxi, a lovely seaside town. We went on a really cool and interesting shrimp boat trip in the bay. We then took a tour around the house of the president of the confederacy during the civil war. We then left Biloxi and went to Bellingrath Gardens and house. This was owned by ...

the weather is supposed to be much cooler and drier from here up to

We had a great time chatting and catching up sipping cold beer in the hot Florida sun, then it was time to ride as we were feeling hungry. We decided to go down to Rusty Bellies at Tarpon Springs, Di was ****** as the rear light on her bike wasn't working so she had to ride ***** with me. We took the ...

... Now we were completely dependent on our instruments in a hazardous setting that included fog, crab pots and other boats. Yikes, yikes and double yikes! The next few hours were spent maintaining radio contact with our friends and trying to get a visual on them while looking for crab pots (and there were plenty!) and trying not to run into other boats, including our friends. White knuckle time, let me tell you.

Around the time we neared our destination, the ...
