On our way back to the boat we ran into a local fisherman on the dock. He used to live in Connecticut but has since lived in Puerto Rico. Tyler and Maya was invited to play with his kids and their friends. A treat for our kids since they are always on the search for friends to play with.
Two days in San Juan was just not enough time. On Saturday we left the historic city. We will be back another time.

Spent the rest of the day playing in the water, snacking,walking on the beach, reading etc… Confirmed flight to Culebra for the next day, car rental check-in and place to stay in Culebra – should be OK for the last leg of our trip.

... pool with us, then the ladies took me for a tour of Celi's most favorite beach and a childhood and lifetime favorite beach area where their was a wave spout and spectacular beach. Then we checked out the Villas we a almost rented instead of the Courtyard... Villa Montana... looks like a great place to check out next time we visit.
... jump. We stopped and talked to him about the fish, he told us their name, and that they are protected. We watched they jumping out of the water. He them pointed out the trees and the almonds on them! Wow, we were so surprised, we hadn't really looked at the trees, nor noticed the big nut seeds on them. These trees are all along the roadway of the park. No one here today, so unlike all the families here having fun ...
We went to the sea glass beach. Again it is different from the other days. There are hardly any waves, the wind is gentle and there is sea glass all along the beach!
It was a hay day for picking up just the nice pieces. I found another red piece, some different sparkling blue pieces and some yellow/green ones. We had our lunch there, No one on the beach but us for most of the time, the occasional runner and ...
