Croatian countryside was gorgeous. I felt like I was in Yosemite for parts of the journey and then Hawaii for others. The water was astounding clear and the beaches were lovely.

Before leaving I visited the Museum of Ancient Glass. Zadar has an extensive collection of Roman glassware, found in excavations in and around the city. ... is quaint. Omis is a small port lying under the Biokovo mountains and the view was stunning. We wandered through the old town and there were small choirs singing in the tiny square. We took a hike up to the fort to take beautiful photos and enjoy the view. Then it was a seafood dinner in an air-conditioned restaurant!
We were really lucky that there was an air-conditioning unit in the hallway below deck so we slept with our doors open.
