... and fruits. A Jesus figurine is hidden in the cake, representing when baby Jesus was hiding from King Herod. Whoever gets it in their slice is blessed. The other kings were posed in front of a nativity scene and for about $30 pesos you could have an instant photo taken with them.

Mario had the camera, so no pics of Leon unfortunately. Worth a visit though, despite being overshadowed by it's heavily marketed neighbour, Guanajuato, my next stop...

... taking the class as well. It was super awesome. I paid for 3 days a week for a month. I hope that I learn well! I so regret not bringing my dance shoes, now! I didn’t think I’d need them, but for this I DO! I’m thinking of buying some sort of jazz shoes or something so that I can dance better. My rubber soled tennis shoes just don’t allow me to turn very well. I’ll have to see what I can do about that!
