Today was snowing all day, but just lightly so we went out for a ski together in the morning. We decided not to go to vail as we thought it would be crowded being the weekend. Harvey and jazzy LOVE going over little jumps (and big ones for jazz) so the morning was spent with Harvey saying "Dad, can you find dome more jumps?" I have attached a photo of Harvey doing a jump. Just a fun day skiing today. I think I am finally getting the hang of it now and actually found that that I am stopping to take in the beautiful scenery rather than looking down at my feet and freaking out! I skied with Harvey today who only had a couple if falls and I think is also starting to enjoy it a lot more....he is starting to deliberately make turns a lot more ...

Today's highlight was tubing at copper mountain. Tubing is very similar to the one that we went yo with you allie up at Arthur's seat where you sit in big tube-like tyres and go down big manmade hills. Except here the hills are made out of snow. Stu went skiing with the boys this morning....they are blokes that live here so went down some pretty hard runs I think. Stu said he skied over 20,000 vertical feet today!! Skis on, we practiced moving and turning. Once we kind of had the hang of that, we practiced skiing down some small slopes. We used a small lift with a disc at the end of a pole that goes between your legs, and then you ski up the hill. That part was easy. It was so hard manoeuvring.
