They gave us a guided tour of the factory (in English) and explained how perfume is made (and what makes fine French Perfume so expensive). Of course, I got myself some perfume. To celebrate arriving in wonderful Nice, we found somewhere to have a cold beer. Unfortunately the closest bar was an Irish one (of course). But it turned out well because we met some Scottish guys who had been in town for the Monaco Grand Prix. Of course they were a hoot and one of them had won at the casino and shouted us drinks.
