    ... hours. The apartments had a full kitchen, living room, dinning room, en suite laundry, and ocean view balconies. We had dinner and breakfast at the same restaurant around the corner from the hotel. Dinner was vegetarian lasagna, Thai beef salad, or chicken curry.     ... up with our mates, Heather and Hugo, if we stuck to our original itinerary. So, we changed our Fraser Island ferry and campsite bookings and decide to stay in Brisbane for two nights.     ... push the bike over. Sometimes the back wheel would get caught in sticky sand and slide out to the side. It was quite hard work in some ways, but satisfying to be making sure, if slow, progress. After about two hours of this, it was getting dark.     ... Beach so out with the chairs and we sat in the shade and had lunch. A walk along the boardwalk around to Kings Beach and back followed by a drive along the Esplanade filled in the afternoon. By 3.30pm we headed back to Maroochydore to the van. Sue used the last of the zucchini's to make muffins and I caught up on the journal and travel pod. The breeze was quite cool as the sun went down so into the van for dinner and the X Factor.
