After walking the dogs we left early to visit the wonderful farmer's market at Noosa about 1/2 hour away. We met my friend's daughter, who was up for a conference, for brunch, then hiked about 10 kms through the national park here, which is always a spectacular walk.

Noosa is a hugely popular tourist locale, highly developed, and since it's now school holidays, it was packed. We came here for our honeymoon 32 years ago and preferred it when it was a sleepy beachside village.
