... Amy, Ben, Margie and Tom, Cari, Rick and Karen, all gathered at the house for a reunion in a belated celebration of Father's Day. Rick and Karen had been in Europe during the same period as us, but on a cruise of the Mediterranean. It was fun to compare notes. We were even lucky to have a visit from Barb's cousin, and his wife, who we hadn't seen in years.

This place is known for postcard-perfect moments when the sun dips below the horizon and paints the sky in strokes of red and orange. Sadly, we did not get such a photo, but I have posted one courtesy of another traveler!
