It was so hot we needed to cool down in the sea and ...

Venice has free entertainment many nights of the week on the beach . Barb lives across the road, and had invited us to the ‘Gospel on the beach’ on Friday evening. Setting ourselves up on our beach chairs, with the ocean as a backdrop, several hundred folk enjoyed 2 hours of Gospel singing until the sun dipped into the Gulf of Mexico and darkness came quickly.
