    This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

    We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

    The last few days have been rather mixed in both good and bad ways.

    I was glad to leave the bleak wastelands of Zaragoza and head South and my spirits rose with the temperature gauge on the motorhome and got even higher when I saw the new caravan site on a wooded hillside near a picturesque hill top village of Navejas. Things were even better when I saw that the couple on the pitch next to mine were sitting outside in their shorts. So out came ...

    ... is a nice outdoor shopping centre to walk around. We had a buffet lunch which was like sizzler but much better. There was a huge selection and they even had sangria and beer as part of the buffet bar! We went around the shops a bit and I tried to get some nice boots, since they are a lot better quality than Australia but they only had small sizes. I got a few things from the primark there which is a cheap shop which I used to like in England.
