... well as, completing two massive hikes back to back. My first hike was 7 miles roundtrip from the far west side of the GC at Hermit Trail literally straight down the unmaintained steep trail,1,040ft elevation loss, to Dripping Springs. The views during the hike were amazing…went down below the rim and got to see the inner side of the GC. Unfortunately, Dripping Springs was a bit of a letdown, wasn’t much to view. We then hopped on the plane to fly to Tijuana. ...

The main roller coaster here is called the Manta and is one of those electro launch ones and nice and fast. This was one of our favourites.

The park was really filling up now and we stopped to watch some of the exhibitions and even got a hotdog. Then there was the Pet show! Dogs, cats, pigs and birds, and a kangaroo – they were ...

... where we parked and had a good old wander along the Pier and the beachfront - past Muscle Beach!!! Some beach volleyball being played at the courts by the pier.
Once again the highlight of the visit for the kids was the Sea Lions and Pelicans hanging around the pier. We all wanted to get out on one of the Whale watching trip but just missed the last trip. The prior couple of days had been great with Orca's, ...
