We rented a car for a day and went for a beautiful drive. Scary at times because it was so narrow and you would accross a bus.... I closed my eyes for that part! The food was delicious and the people super nice.

This summer I went to the Canary Islands with my friends. We did a lot of things there; we went to the swimming pool, partying, to the dune beach, and to the aqua park party...
Also, one day we went to one beach where there were a lot of water sports and we practised the motorskying, parasailing and a los of things.
Finally we come back to Spain with hangovers and our bodies very pained becouse we fell many ...
We have been working hard to prepare for the Atlantic crossing.

Monday 26th November
Yet another trip to the supermarket! As we need to replenish the two days worth of food we have eaten which should have been for when we were at sea ... The staff in the massive corte inglais supermarket now know Elyem and I by name!
... more oranges, having devoured the 5kg he bought yesterday. He had not been deterred from this exercise despite being forced to wash them all twice before they could come aboard!
There had been thoughts of a train trip to Lisbon, but the weather didn't improve at all, so the destination became a local bar to watch England v Fiji.
The afternoon was spent in the usual way getting out all the sails put out the day before and generally getting prepared for sea. ...
