Breakfast in Texas, lunch in New Mexico and supper in Arizona Stopped in to tombstone, neat place, a little off season so not all open yet. Had fun at Big Nose Kate's Saloon. This morning we found out we were on the edge of hurricane Manuel, flash flood warnings for west Texas, we dodged major rain till noon, then we were good. Warning: lots of cute doggie pictures!!
We got to Daddy and Linda's mid-afternoon. I was looking forward to emptying the car and taking showers. We were warmly greeted and the trip was off to a great start.

To me, it's a fun challenge to try and beat a parking system. Maybe a slap in the face of authority in my mind. I've only gotten a ticket with this once, in St. Paul, for a street cleaning no parking zone. It's just a matter of reading the signs, knowing the rules and putting a little bit of time into the research.
