      ... martial arts. We focused on takedown and submissions. This combines grappling, ju-jitsu and wrestling. I was really pleased because I did well. As for Friday my body could feel that I had been under some strenuous locks and holds. The two pro fighters that had trained us cranked a few tight neck locks on myself.       ... so hot on the bus, it was crazy. Driving through an area where it was raining heavily, our roof leaked like a sieve. People were getting soaked from the water pouring into the bus. We had good seats; the roof over us didn't leak. We made it in good time considering the state of the bus.
