We caught the ferry back to Cancun for the night so we could catch out flight to Cuba the next day. We made our way up past the long strip of all-inclusive hotels to our budget one and moved into our room overlooking the ocean. Not much really to comment about, A place full of hotels and American restaurants.

... but only for a photo opportunity).

I checked out the spa prices at Krystal before leaving. With my credits I can get an hour massage for around US$80, but they have a special (50 minute almond oil massage plus 30 minutes of foot exfoliation) for 1400 pesos - 700, or US$58.33 based on the CER (Calypso Exchange Rate) if I use my credits. There's a place next door to Caplypso’s that was offering massage for $45 an hour which stays open until 10 pm. I might check that ...

... sun bathing swimming. Had lunch in between (homemade chicken tacos) and relaxing. The beach in Cancun is stunning, looks like a postcard. The water is so warm, no cold chills there. Cooked dinner and washed it down with coronas and lime, YUMO. We drove into town for a nosey, there is always something happening no matter what day it is. Monday night was a lingerie carnival and an all white party. We sat at a bar on the strip drinking scrumy margaritas and people ...
