We caught the ferry back to Cancun for the night so we could catch out flight to Cuba the next day. We made our way up past the long strip of all-inclusive hotels to our budget one and moved into our room overlooking the ocean. Not much really to comment about, A place full of hotels and American restaurants.

Woke up with Dimi at around 8.30am...the guys were heading out to Tulum and Akumal for the day and I had decided to give it a miss as I had already been 11 weeks ago. Chilled out in bed watching How I Met Your Mother for a couple of hours and then went with David to the bus station - sniff another goodbye! Felt a bit strange to ...

... go to the airport to surprise her, however In the true spirit of being in another country where things are so different from back home, this didn't quite workout the way we'd planned. Stuie and I arrived at the airport far too early, as we were so excited...(standard) only to discover that unlike the airport at home, there is no arrivals area where you can greet your arriving guests. Instead they come out through a private concealed area, where all the shuttle ...
