    We had to be back at the coach by 1.15pm and as that was only 20 minutes we decided not to try to get down to the startup shopping centre which was 4 blocks away even though we could have probably made it in time, but a couple of physically challenged elderly people obviously needed their takeaway fix and held us up from leaving till after 1.30pm. So inconsiderate. If we become like that please lock us up and throw away the key!!! Of course we haven't ...

    ... on on my camera,....I didn't have the 'clear zoom' on,....and some of my photos are blurry. After what seems like hours of watching our fine, feathered friends, Adrienne walked up to me, and said, "Debbie, the heck are we going to get back DOWN that winding road in the DARK? Hmmmmm,.....hadn't thought about that one!

    ... the recently opened part of the tram track.
    Spent the following day driving through the mountains to Arthur's Pass, stayed overnight before heading down to the west coast. Visited Hokitoka where the Wild Food festival was taking place, as far as we could make out it was an excuse to dress up and get ****** but maybe that's because we weren't taking part, although I did get to hug some young hunky guy ...

    ... which had been erected in place of the currently damaged original. It been designed by a Japanese Architect and is made up of Cardboard tubes, stained glass and plywood. It will still stand when a new Cathedral is in place in the square.     ... saw some other dolphins as we cruised around desperately (we could feel the time running out) but babies with mothers were off limits for obvious reasons. For those of you who aren't aware, you need to be so careful with babies of any animals, they are vunerable and once you add in a cautious mother who would do anything to protect them, you have a sensitive situation on your hands.
